Star Anise

Star Anise is an aromatic spice with a sweet, licorice-like flavor, traditionally brewed as a tea
to support digestion and respiratory health, and used in spiritual practices to attract
protection, clarity, and good fortune.

Steep 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water (200°F) for 10–15 minutes, or burn small amounts on charcoal as incense.
