Rose Hips

Rose Hips are the fruit of the rose plant with a bright, tart, citrus-like flavor, traditionally brewed as a tea to support immune health, provide vitamin C, and promote overall vitality, and used in spiritual practices to encourage love, renewal, and emotional balance.

Steep 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water (200°F) for 10–15 minutes.
