Peppermint Leaves

Peppermint is a cooling mint herb with a crisp, refreshing flavor, traditionally brewed as a tea to support digestion, soothe the stomach, and refresh the mind, or burned as incense to cleanse energy and uplift a space.

Steep 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water (200°F) for 5–10 minutes, or burn a small amount on charcoal as incense.
