Marshmallow Root

Marshmallow Root is a soothing herbal root with a mild, slightly sweet flavor, brewed as a tea to support digestion, soothe the throat, & promote respiratory health, and used in spiritual practices to encourage comfort, protection, & gentle healing energy.

Steep 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water (200°F) for 10–15 minutes, or prepare as a cold infusion by soaking in water for several hours.
