Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a bright, citrusy herb with a fresh, lemon flavor, traditionally brewed as a tea to support digestion and uplift the mood, or burned as incense to cleanse energy, attract positivity, and refresh a space.

Steep 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water (190–200°F) for 5–10 minutes, or burn a small amount on charcoal as incense.
