Cinnamon Sticks

Cinnamon is a warming aromatic spice with a rich, sweet flavor, traditionally brewed as a tea to support circulation, digestion, & vitality, or used in spiritual practices to attract prosperity, protection, and positive energy.

Simmer 1 stick in 8 oz of water for 10–15 minutes for tea, burn small pieces on charcoal for incense, blow a pinch of powder through the doorway on the first of the month for luck, or add to floor washes for prosperity.
