Elder Flower Dried

Elderflower is the delicate blossom of the elder tree with a light, floral, slightly sweet flavor, traditionally brewed as a tea to support immune health, ease colds and allergies, and uplift the spirit, and used in spiritual practices to encourage protection.

Use 2 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water. Brew for 5–7 minutes at 200°F.
